READY Academy 3.0 brought together 31 young leaders from across Southern Africa in Pretoria, South Africa, from 9–14 June 2025. Under the theme “Beyond the funding crises: Empowering young leaders to hold national governments to account,” the Academy strengthened participants’ advocacy, leadership, and programming skills. Through interactive sessions, mentorship, and peer learning, young people developed innovative project ideas, fostered cross-movement collaboration, and were empowered to drive accountability, champion domestic funding, and lead change in their communities.
